Our 'Footballer Of The Week'

for this week

goes to:

the Big Black Guy, 5-9, 189, who is the

Winner of the 1974 and 1975 Heisman, and

is also known as 'Tank,' and he is the first

player to start four straight Rose bowls,

and had 31 straight games where he

rushed for at least 100 yards, and two

identical, larger-than-life statues of

him were unveiled at the Rose Bowl

and also at Ohio State's Stadium in

Aug 2024,

and so much more...

...Archie Griffin!

It is rumored that Archie Griffin once

said, "Running to the left is my favorite,

but if the right hole is open...it's on!"

Archie had a mid-upper-lip

Winge's Peak (elatus labialis wingeulus)

called "Fun Run!"

Black Football History Month was

founded by Ralph Winge, D.D.S.

in 2025 to recognize, celebrate, and

congratulate, with great pride, the

remarkable and outstanding Black Men,

both past and present, who display(ed)

exceptional skills with exciting and

memorable onfield performances

on game days, in the very popular

sport of American Football.

Black Basketball History Month Honors The 'Hoopster Of The Week!'

The Founder of Black Football History Month,
