Black Football History Month!... Our Inaugural 'Footballer of the Week!'...Jerry Rice!

 


Our Very First 'Footballer Of The Week'

for this week 

goes to:

the Big Black Guy, 6-2, 200, who scored 

the most total career touchdowns, 

with 208, and the most

career receptions at 1,549, oh and 3

Super Bowl Rings in '89, '90, and 1995,

and was inducted into the NFL Hall of 

Fame in 2010, after having set records 

in all receiving categories,

plus many other accomplishments...

It is rumored that Mr. Rice once said, "I like 

to catch with both hands, but if I have to use 

one hand, it's more exciting!"



Jerry Rice also has a mid-upper-lip 

Winge's Peak (elatus labialis wingeulus)

called "Touchdown!"





Black Football History Month was

founded by Ralph C. Winge, D.D.S.

in 2025 to recognize, celebrate, and

congratulate, with great pride, the 

remarkable and outstanding Black Men,

both past and present, who display(ed) 

exceptional skills with exciting and 

memorable onfield performances 

on game days, in the very popular 

sport of American Football.


The Founder of Black Football History Month,

Ralph C. Winge, D.D.S.,

is also a College and Pro Football enthusiast,

a USC Dental School Graduate,

and is elucidator of elatus labialis wingeulus.
