Black Football History Month!...Footballer of the Week!...Mike Rozier!

  

Our 'Footballer Of The Week'

for this week 

goes to: 

the Big Black Man, 5-10, 209, who won 

the Heisman with Nebraska in 1983, 

the same year he was the NCAA 

Rushing Champ, and he was a 2x Big 

Eight Off. Player of the Year, plus 

a 2x Pro Bowl Gamer in '87 and '88, 

and so much more...



...Mike Rozier!






It is rumored that  once Mike once

said, "Rushing is like...running the wrong 

way on the freeway!"






Black Football History Month was

founded by Ralph C. Winge, D.D.S.

in 2025 to recognize, celebrate, and

congratulate, with great pride, the 

remarkable and outstanding Black Men,

both past and present, who display(ed) 

exceptional skills with exciting and 

memorable onfield performances 

on game days, in the very popular 

sport of American Football.


The Founder of Black Football History Month,

Ralph C. Winge, D.D.S.,

is also a College and Pro Football enthusiast,

a USC Dental School Graduate,

and is elucidator of elatus labialis wingeulus.
