and foremost, is the first NFL Player to
win five Super Bowl Wins and Rings
as an unstoppable pass rusher, registering
in his career 503 tackles, 100.5 sacks,
26 forced fumbles, 8 fumble recoveries,
a record 4.5 Super Bowl sacks
and, of course, he waltzed his way
into the HOF in 2015,
and so much more...

It is rumored that Charles once
said, "Catching quarterbacks is like
reaching in the Cookie Jar!"
Mr. Haley has a mid-upper-lip
Black Football History Month was
founded by Ralph Winge, D.D.S.
in 2025 to recognize, celebrate, and
congratulate, with great pride, the
remarkable and outstanding Black Men,
both past and present, who display(ed)
exceptional skills with exciting and
memorable onfield performances
on game days, in the very popular
sport of American Football.
The Founder of Black Football History Month,
Ralph Winge, D.D.S.,

is also a College and Pro Football enthusiast,
a USC Dental School Graduate,
and is elucidator of elatus labialis wingeulus.
